Norwegian Bliss was specifically designed with Alaska in mind — she has the largest observation deck in the NCL fleet for glacier and wildlife viewing, and her overall layout optimises the experience of sailing through one of the world's most dramatic natural environments. In summer she sails Alaska out of Seattle; in winter she repositions to Miami for Caribbean sailings. The combination of Alaska's scale and the Caribbean's colour makes her one of NCL's most-booked ships.
The Observation Lounge — a sprawling multi-level indoor observation area at the bow, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views of glaciers, fjords, and wildlife. Purpose-built for Alaska, there's nowhere better on a large cruise ship to watch a glacier calve.
