Carnival Venezia is unlike any other Carnival ship. Converted from Costa Venezia (the Italian-owned arm of Carnival Corporation) and relaunched as a Carnival vessel in 2023, she retains an unmistakable Italian design aesthetic — from the piazza-style Atrium to her distinctly European proportions. As Carnival's first New York-based year-round ship, she sails from Manhattan's Pier 88 on Caribbean and Bahamas itineraries, making her the obvious choice for Northeast US cruisers who want to avoid a flight to Florida.
The Grand Italian Atrium — a soaring, glass-ceilinged atrium that spans multiple decks in true Italian piazza style, unlike anything else in the Carnival fleet. Combined with her European heritage, Venezia feels genuinely different from every other Fun Ship.
